Roasted Brussels Sprouts with ZEG Sauces

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry the brussel sprouts (2 pounds = 8 servings). Then cut them in halves. Combine with 2 tablespoons oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Roast at 450°F until golden and just tender when pierced with tip of a knife in about 20 minutes.

Step 2
