Hint: if you want crispy chicken wings the secret is to cook them on a rack at high heat. The heat will circulate around the wings so they will roast instead of steam.

Remember: ZEG sauce is best on wings when you put it on last when the wings have cooked.

Cooking Wings in the Oven:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and place an oven safe rack on top of the foil (if you don’t have one, no problem your wings just won’t come out as crispy).
  2. Coat the rack (or aluminum foil) with cooking spray.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and add some vegetable oil to the wings. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Once the wings are coded with vegetable oil, liberally use different salt until the wings are coded.
  5. Put the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack (or foil).
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown (internal temperature of 165°F).
  7. Once cooked, remove from oven and slather the baked ribs with ZEG Sauce (try Formulas Z, E and/or G for different spice levels). The sensational flavour of ZEG Sauces will be the magical ingredient to the best chicken wings!
