Hint: The longer you marinate your chicken wings, the more tenderness and flavour they will have.

Remember: You can use ZEG Sauces in a variety of ways. Marinate, baste, spread or dip your favourite foods, the flavour options are unlimited!

Cooking Marinated Wings on the Barbecue

  1. Before cooking your chicken wings, put your wings in a large plastic bag or bowl and cover liberally with your favourite ZEG Sauces (try Formulas Z, E and/or G for different spice levels).
  2. Let the chicken sit and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (up to 8 hours) for best results.
  3. Oil your barbecue grill racks for direct grilling over medium heat about 350ºF.
  4. Grill the wings over moderate heat, turning frequently, until golden. You want the wings to caramelize on the outside and not burn, so keep a close eye on the flame.
  5. Cook the wings for about 20-25 minutes (until internal temperature of 165°F is reached)
  6. Use tongs to transfer cooked wings to a bowl and serve. The sensational flavour of the caramelized ZEG Sauce on the chicken wing will be a fan favourite!

Note: To add another layer of flavour you can glaze the wings with another layer of your favourite ZEG Sauce for double the flavour!
