Hint: Baking your ribs gives you more control over how fast and how much the ribs are cooked. Because ovens have controlled temperature you are less likely to overcook or under cook your ribs.

Remember: The slower you cook ribs, the more tender they will be.

Cooking

  1. Remove the membrane on the bone side of the ribs.
  1. Rub your favorite ZEG Sauces on both sides of the ribs. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
  1. Preheat the oven to 250° F. Put the ribs into a roasting pan, cover with aluminum foil and tightly seal. Bake 2 hours.
  1. Remove the ribs from the pan and place them on a platter meat side down. Pour the liquid from the pan back onto the ribs and let rest for 5 minutes.
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill to medium high. Put the ribs on the grill and cook about 5 minutes on each side, until browned and slightly charred. Cut the ribs between the bones and toss them in a large bowl with your favorite ZEG Sauces. Serve hot and enjoy!
