Did you know that you can barbecue pepperette sticks and kielbasa?
– Take your pepperette sticks and place them on a hot grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes turning frequently until slightly charred.
– Cut your kielbasa into 3-inch lengths and butterfly lengthwise. Place it on a hot grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side turning frequently until slightly charred on all sides.
