Hint: Make sure to cook your salmon skin side down.

Remember: Pat dry the fish as it comes to room temperature before placing it in the oven / grill.

Cooking

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to 450°F. Sprinkle the salmon with kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Place it on a parchment or aluminum foil lined baking sheet (if grilling enclose salmon in aluminum foil after preparations).
  1. Mix ¼ cup of melted butter and 5 tablespoons of lemon juice in a small bowl, and drizzle over the salmon. Season with dill.
  1. Bake the salmon for about 10 minutes until flaky and just cooked; test it with a fork to assess doneness.
  1. Serve the salmon and drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of your favourite ZEG sauce. This salmon dish has so much flavour. Enjoy!
