Hint: Ramen noodles are never cooked in salted water.
Remember: You can add anything you want to ramen noodles some suggestions are: scallions, sesame seeds, cheese, butter, eggs, kimchi and peanut butter.
Cooking
- Cook 2 (packages or 6oz) of ramen noodles without the seasoning packets as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 2 teaspoons of sesame oil in a small skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook 2 cloves of garlic stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in 2 teaspoons of favourite ZEG Sauces.
- Toss the noodles with the ZEG Sauces.
- Garnish with green onions if desired. Your ramen noodles will burst with flavour! Enjoy!
