Hint: Add some variety to your kebabs use pineapple and watermelon.

Remember: Keep the barbecue / grill lid closed as much as possible when grilling it helps the interior of the meat / vegetable cook through.

Grilled Kebab’s with ZEG Sauce

  1. Cut your vegetables and meat into one-inch cubes.
  2. Combine in a large bowl, your cubed meat and/or vegetables and cover generously with you favorite ZEG Sauce. Put mixture into large resealable plastic bag and let marinate in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.
  3. Soak skewers in water for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Heat grill to 400°F.
  5. Drain and discard ZEG Sauce marinade from beef and/or vegetables.
  6. Skewer the meat and vegetables/fruit alternatively.
  7. Grill kebabs over direct heat for approximately 8 to 10 minutes of total time on the grill, flipping halfway through.
  8. Once the kebabs are cooked to your desired tenderness (internal temperature of 165°F for chicken, 145°F for pork or beef), place the kebabs on a plate surrounded by different ZEG Sauces for extra flavour that will keep people wondering where you got these sensational sauces!
