Hint: Olive oil is the best oil for frying burgers as it has a high smoke point and can be heated quickly past that point.
Remember: Do not press of the burger or squish them, you are squeezing out the flavour. Flip as many times as you want, just don’t press on the hamburger while cooking.
Cooking
- Finely chop ½ onion and mix well with 1 lb of ground beef.
- Add 4 tbsp of your favourite ZEG Sauces to mixture. Divide the mixture into four round balls and form each piece into a round patty.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan and fry patties over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway until cooked.
- Top again with your favourite ZEG Sauces and serve on buns with chips and a salad. Enjoy!
