Hint: Olive oil is the best oil for frying burgers as it has a high smoke point and can be heated quickly past that point.

Remember: Do not press of the burger or squish them, you are squeezing out the flavour. Flip as many times as you want, just don’t press on the hamburger while cooking.

Cooking

  1. Finely chop ½ onion and mix well with 1 lb of ground beef.
  2. Add 4 tbsp of your favourite ZEG Sauces to mixture. Divide the mixture into four round balls and form each piece into a round patty.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a large frying pan and fry patties over a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway until cooked.
  4. Top again with your favourite ZEG Sauces and serve on buns with chips and a salad. Enjoy!
