Hint: The secret ingredient to making these kebabs even more delicious is to use sweet onion. It will not only give fantastic flavour but also keep the kebabs moist and juicy.

Remember: The key to cooking great kebabs is to cut the vegetables into uniform pieces. I make a 1-inch square visual and try to stay true to it when chopping.

Cooking

  1. Preheat oven or barbecue to 400° F.
  1. Thread mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and zucchini onto metal skewers. Place skewers onto a baking sheet. Brush your favourite ZEG Sauces onto the skewers and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  1. Place into oven (or BBQ) and roast until tender (about 10-12 minutes) (5-7 minutes if you are grilling).
